The app includes the CMJ Music Marathon Schedule, CMJ editorial content, videos from CMJ TV including interviews with CMJ artists as well as loads of free music in the "FreePlay" and "Download This" sections. There is also music and video content in the band section that good as well.
We love apps like this that help us connect with new music with or without having to go to the venue or festivals. Given a choice, we'd like to stop time and see every single CMJ band, go to every concert and palooza in the world . . . but short of that . . . we like apps like this one to help us discover new, cool music and artists.
